Who we are

This site is run by Floorstate, hotel room operations software. You can reach us at [email protected].

What we collect

If you use the contact form, we collect the details you type in: your name, work email, property name, number of rooms and any message you add. If you email us, we collect your email address and what you write.

If you accept analytics, Google Analytics also collects information about how you use the site, such as the pages you visit and your approximate location, using a cookie. If you decline, it does not run.

How we use it

• To reply to your request and arrange a walkthrough.
• To understand which pages are used, if you accepted analytics.

We do not sell your details and we do not use them for advertising.

Who else handles it

Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree, which delivers them to our inbox. Analytics, if you accept it, is processed by Google. Fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google when a page loads.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails only as long as needed to reply and follow up, and we delete them when you ask.

Your choices and rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected] and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Your analytics choice is stored in your browser. Clear the site data for this site to be asked again.
